Raj is a Principal of Finity Consulting and has worked in senior operational management roles in the general and life insurance industry for over 25 years. He is a lawyer with experience in managing large claims teams, transformation projects, regulation, compliance and dispute resolution. Raj has been involved in a number of key engagements including on regulatory frameworks and change, claims management reviews focusing on benchmarking, performance improvement and leakage mitigation and has provided thought leadership by authoring numerous articles and presenting at seminars and webinars on various topics.
