Nick is a Principal in the Sydney office of Finity, and co-leads Finity’s private health insurance (PHI) practice. He is a qualified actuary with 15 years’ experience working in private health insurance and is currently the Appointed Actuary to 9 health insurers. Nick has extensive experience in pricing, product development, financial projections and capital management, and is passionate about the role improving access and quality of healthcare has to Australia’s living standards.

Jamie is a Principal in the Sydney office of Finity, and is the leader of Finity’s private health insurance (PHI) practice. He has advised insurance businesses on actuarial and financial management issues. He is a qualified actuary with more than 15 years’ experience. Jamie manages Finity’s health insurance practice, with particular expertise in medical claims inflation. Jamie has worked with a wide range of clients, covering all major lines of insurance in many different countries.

Andrew is a Principal and actuary with expertise in Appointed Actuary roles, applying analytics and Organisational Development. He works with a range of insurers informing sound financial decisions, exploring growth possibilities and protecting businesses by ensuring compliance with prudential requirements. He is also an Associate Professor at Monash Business School and a Board Director at The Stroke Foundation. Andrew works with leaders and their teams to apply analytics and build the capabilities to put a shared vision into action.
