<p>Susie Amos is a Director and Principal of Finity and has worked in general insurance for over 15 years. The majority of her experience has been as a consultant advising General Insurers. Susie specialises in stochastic capital modelling and lender&rsquo;s mortgage insurance providing advice to more than15 clients in these areas.</p>

<p>Rade is a Principal at Finity based in Sydney. He is an US trained Actuary, and has 40 years&rsquo; experience in General Insurance specialising particularly in property pricing, natural perils, reinsurance, mutuals and co-operatives, agriculture, catastrophe risk modelling, public policy development, and climate risk. His main areas of interest include how changing population demographics affect catastrophe exposure, climate change adaptation, applications of catastrophe models for disaster planning in developing countries, building code development, and community resilience.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Stephen is Principal of Finity, with over 14 years&rsquo; experience of insurance consulting. He has advised general insurers, life insurers and government bodies in Australia, New Zealand and North America in areas including liability reserving, policy framework, predictive modelling, capital management and pricing. Stephen has extensive experience in the liability reserving and in claims liability reserving including motor, commercial property, liability and other personal injury liability classes. Stephen is also a member of Finity&rsquo;s commercial insurance lines team and in this capacity contributes to practice development in areas such as pricing for commercial property and cyber insurance.</p>
