Build capabilities, education and engagement within your team to drill down into the material risks and opportunities presented by the physical and transition implications of climate change.

Climate risk management

Access the information, tools and metrics you need to actively monitor your exposure and build climate-related controls across product development, investments, pricing and customer engagement. Our climate risk data portal offers address-level information on your asset or insurance portfolio to assess physical risk.

Carbon neutrality

Assess the size of your emission footprint. Our partnership with leading sustainability firm Point Advisory provides direct access to consultants accredited in the assessment and verification of emission footprints.

Compliance & physical risk modelling

Understand your exposure and ensure alignment with Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Risk Disclosure recommendations, APRA guidance and other legal obligations.

Better understand your risk exposure using our proprietary products. We use the latest climate science in conjunction with our Finperils models to develop forward-looking assessments of the physical risk of climate change. Our range of projections covers four different IPCC climate scenarios up to 2100.

Finity has been advising insurers on address level physical risks for many years, and our models are tried and tested in the market, providing our clients with confidence in our results.
