Graduate recruitment

Applications for 2011 graduates have now closed. 2012 graduate applications will open in March 2011.

Tips for your application

Your application is the first introduction we have to you as a candidate and plays a key part in deciding whether we will interview you.

The purpose of your cover letter is to tell us a bit about yourself and why you want to work at Finity. It should be concise and well written - it should be no longer than a page.

Your resume should be set our clearly and concisely. It should include:

  • personal details
  • secondary education including final year school results
  • tertiary education details
  • work experience (actuarial and non-actuarial) including voluntary work;
  • details of employment including position details, skills obtained and approximate number of hours worked per week;
  • extra-curricular activities including interests

We strongly recommend that you carefully check your application before submitting it to us.

Our interview process

At Finity we try and make the interview process as relaxed and informal as possible. We have two interviews, the first with our HR manager and a consultant and the second round interview with two of our senior consultants or Principals.
