David is a Principal, General Manager and Company Secretary of Finity and has over 37 years financial services industry experience.

David's areas of expertise and interest include all aspects of general management with particular emphasis on project management, restructures/change management, mergers and acquisitions/ divestments, strategic alliances, and operational effectiveness including the alignment of individual objectives and strategy.

David's former roles include President of the Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance and President of its NSW Branch, Chairman of Insurance Statistics Australia, Director of Associated Marine Insurers Agents Pty Limited and Director of the Australian Nuclear Insurance Pool.

David is currently an Advisory Board member of the Australian Capital Territory Insurance Authority.

In 2006 David was admitted as an Honorary Life Member of the Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance in recognition of his significant contribution over many years in various leadership roles to The Institute.

In the same year, he was awarded the medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) in the Queen's Birthday Honours in recognition of service to community health through support for men diagnosed with prostate cancer and to the insurance industry.
