Andrew Cohen is a Principal of Finity and has over 20 years experience in the general insurance industry.
Andrew has extensive experience in a wide variety of areas including workers' compensation, CTP, personal lines, professional indemnity, public liability, travel and reinsurance.
Andrew has provided advice on reserve levels, pricing, financial projections and reinsurance strategy and currently holds a number of Appointed Actuary and External Peer Review Actuary positions.
In addition to liability valuation and FCR assignments performed as part of Andrew's Appointed Actuary appointments, other assignments include:
• Determination of an appraisal value for a personal lines insurer
• Valuation and pricing of a large CTP insurance portfolio
• Assisting a distributor of travel insurance with pricing negotiations
• Assisting in the start up a workers compensation insurer
• Pricing assistance to a professional indemnity insurer.
