How to apply
Your application plays a key part in deciding whether we will interview you – it’s our first chance to find out about your qualifications, experience and interests.
Your cover letter
Your cover letter tells us a bit about you and why you want to work at Finity. It should be concise and well written – no longer than a page.
Your resume
Your resume should be set our clearly and concisely. It should include:
- Personal details
- Secondary education including final-year school results
- Tertiary education details
- Work experience (actuarial and non-actuarial) including voluntary work, with details of the:
- Position or job title
- Skills you obtained
- Approximate number of hours you worked per week
- Extracurricular activities and interests.
We strongly recommend you carefully check your application – or have someone else check it for you – before submitting it to us.

An interview with Finity
If we call you back for an interview, don’t stress about it – we try and make the process as relaxed and informal as possible. You will first speak to our human resources manager and a consultant. We then conduct a smaller number of second-round interviews with two of our Principals.
