- Establishment of a new successful insurance consulting business in Japan
- Board and CEO advice on strategy, governance and risk management
- Regulatory advice and assistance with the regulatory process
- Financial, underwriting and operational risk analysis of general insurance companies
- Assisting general insurance companies in developing, documenting and implementing their corporate risk strategy and their reinsurance risk strategy
- Assisting the Federal Government prepare and administer insurance legislation, including the Insurance Act and the Insurance (Agents and Brokers) Act.
